OLD BRIDGE, New Jersey, October 14, 2022 - L. Winik & Associates, Inc. has signed an agreement to sell its assets to Power-Flo Technologies, Inc. (PFT). The transaction is scheduled to close on October 14, 2022.
L. Winik & Associates, Inc.’s Owner and Vice President Jeffrey Winik noted, “This decision was made to strengthen the business and provide continuity for our employee base and customers in the market. Power-Flo Technologies is well-positioned to give our employees and customers’ opportunities to grow and thrive.”
Jerry DiCunzolo, Owner and President of Power-Flo Technologies stated that the company “is unique in its multi-faceted approach of providing services, supplies and solutions to our customers’ projects from conception to completion, by offering in-house engineering, supplies, and support solutions. Combining the capabilities of L. Winik & Associates, Inc. with PFT expands our ability to provide our broader customer base with superior service and products.”
The L. Winik employees have been invited to join the PFT team.
