POWER-FLO TECHNOLOGIES ACQUIRES NASSOR ELECTRICAL SUPPLY CO., INC.

MOONACHIE, New Jersey – December 23, 2019 - Nassor Electrical Supply Co. Inc. has signed an agreement to sell its assets Nassor Acquisition, LLC, a Power-Flo Technologies company (PFT). The transaction closed on December 23, 2019. This decision was made to strengthen the business and provide continuity for the Nassor Electrical Supply employee base and customers in the New Jersey and NYC markets. Power-Flo Technologies is well-positioned to give these employees and customers opportunities to grow and thrive. Most of the Nassor Electrical Supply employees have been invited to join the Nassor Acquisition team.

Jerry DiCunzolo, Owner and President of Power-Flo Technologies stated that the company “is unique in its multi-faceted approach of providing services, supplies, and solutions for our customers’ projects from conception to completion, by offering in-house engineering and support solutions.  POWER-FLO TECHNOLOGIES ACQUIRES BRONX BRANCH OF CRESCENT ELECTRIC SUPPLY COMPANY

Brooklyn, New York, August 30, 2019 - Crescent Electric Supply Company has signed an agreement to sell the assets of their Bronx, NY branch to Long Island Electrical Distributing, a Power-Flo Technologies company (PFT). The transaction is scheduled to close on August 30, 2019. This decision was made to strengthen the business and provide continuity for the Crescent Electric employee base and customers in the NYC market. Power-Flo Technologies is well-positioned to give these employees and customers opportunities to grow and thrive. For the next several weeks, the business will operate out of the existing Bronx, NY location, then begin to migrate to the Brooklyn-based operations of Long Island Electrical Distributing. Most of the Crescent Bronx employees have been invited to join the Long Island Electrical Distributing team.

POWER-FLO TECHNOLOGIES EXPANDS ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION TERRITORY ACROSS UPSTATE NEW YORK.

New Hyde Park, NY, July 6, 2017

AAI Acquisition LLC, a subsidiary of Power-Flo Technologies has purchased the assets of Auburn Armature Inc. Joining the ‘Power-Flo Technologies’ (PFT) family, ‘AAI, a Power-Flo Technologies Company’ (AAI) will expand PFT’s offering across six upstate New York locations; Albany, Syracuse, Binghamton, Rochester, Buffalo, and Auburn. PFT is committed to preserving and supporting AAI’s team across these locations. This will expand PFT’s upstate New York market to serve areas that extend north to Massena, NY, south to Scranton, PA, east to Albany, NY and west to Buffalo, NY. The diversity of products, capabilities and services available from PFT will continue to provide outstanding customer service to the AAI family of locations, serving the needs of the Electrical, Institution, MRO & OEM markets, as well as the Plumbing and Mechanical trades. AAI Annual Golf Tournament 

Auburn Armature hosted the first annual Golf Tournament at the beautiful Brierwood Country Club on August 3rd, 2015. This tournament had a wonderful turn out with over 80 golfers participating came out to enjoy the beautiful and sunny Western New York day. The slight wind favored some and battled with others, though by the end of the day all participants called their day a victory.

Prizes and charity donations abounded which gave AAI great pride to so handsomely support this local charity. Support for our vendors and other donators came out of the wood works, and almost evenyone went home with a prize of some sort.
